Nash‑Ramsey Policy Toolbox

A MATLAB/Dynare toolbox that automates the derivation of welfare-maximizing Ramsey policies and open-loop Nash equilibria for any model you can write in Dynare. The toolbox uses symbolic differentiation to derive first-order conditions — no tedious manual Lagrangians required.

Supports cooperative Ramsey, open-loop Nash, and single-agent Ramsey problems. Requires Dynare 4.4.2+ and the MATLAB Symbolic Math Toolbox.

OccBin Toolbox

For: OccBin · JME 2015

A toolkit for solving dynamic models with occasionally binding constraints using a piecewise first-order perturbation approach. The toolbox solves DSGE models subject to regime-switching constraints — such as the zero lower bound — with minimal modifications to a standard Dynare model file.

Supports one or two simultaneously active constraints. Requires Dynare 6.5 or 7.0 and base MATLAB.
